Payments & Fees
|
The following forms of payment are accepted at this time by A Page To
Remember: Cash, Check, Money Order, Cashier’s Check. (We are
currently looking into credit card options and hope to offer this option soon.)
Checks should be made payable to A PAGE TO REMEMBER, LLC.
All payments must be in U.S. Dollars.

A Page To Remember offers the option of an Installment Plan on some of
our items. Please Contact Us to discuss this option.
|
|
|
A $35 Service Fee will be charged for each returned check. In addition to
the fee, work on the project will cease until payment is made. This will affect
the Estimated Completion Date of your project.
|
|
|
A Non-Refundable Deposit is required on all orders over $25. The deposit
on Custom Albums and Custom A La Carte Pages is 50% of the estimated
labor fees. Deposits on Memories By Mail are 50% of the total cost (not
including postage fees). Deposits on all other Custom Gift & Decor Items
vary. Please contact us to verify the deposit required n your specific project.

Arizona Residents must pay sales tax. Custom orders are taxed on
materials but not labor. The current tax rate for local orders is 8.9%.

|
The prices listed pertain only to the items shown on our website. WE ARE
HAPPY TO ENTERTAIN CLIENTS’ SPECIAL REQUESTS. If you are
interested in a custom project not shown on our site, please Contact Us so
we may discuss the details of your special item.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR
NOTIFICATION. Please contact A Page To Remember to verify costs for
your project.

Shipping
|
For Out of Town/State Orders: Projects will be shipped via UPS or USPS
and will be sent registered and insured with proof of delivery required.
Clients may request Fed Ex delivery if desired. A fee to cover Fed Ex costs
will be added to the Balance Due.

|
Shipping costs are included in our Platinum and Gold Album Packages for
sizes 8.5x11 and 12x12. For all other projects, the client is responsible for
all shipping and insurance and the costs will be added to the Balance Due.

Returns & Exchanges
|
There are NO Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges on any Custom work
completed by A Page To Remember. Since the projects are customized to
your photos, memorabilia and style selections, we are unable to re-sell them
to any other client. We work closely with each client to create items that
they will love. Should you have any concerns about your project at any time,
please Contact Us so that we may address them together.

Exchanges are offered on Pre-Made Albums only if the album returned is in
its original condition. An exchange for a different Pre-Made Album of the
same size may be made. Exchanges apply only to in-stock albums.
